That is Mondays news but a big discussion over the weekend. Perhaps this will make it out the door before the blog post on the new cyber security legislation. Hints: nothing new here folks, lots of external controls will be ignored, internal non-governmental controls will be missing, and it will be a totally unfunded mandate. The final thread of the weekend seemed to be deeper investigation of the North Korean capacity to wage war and the possible Hacking University that might exist there.
