An idea that “Haft of the Spear” had was to blog tank a policy paper. With a little bit of trickery we’ve moved some of the content over to the Wiki.

The idea is for my graduate students to edit the wiki entry as needed to create a comprehensive document but with a simple registration (sorry but required) anybody should be able to edit the document.
